  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.), graduated 1985 from the University of Maryland -- Baltimore College of Dental Surgery
  • Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (B.S.M.T.), graduated 1979 from the University of Maryland -- School of Medicine
  • United States Airforce (USAF) Dentist from 1985 to 1988
